Our client, a large healthcare company, is looking for Grievance and Appeals Representatives to work remote/work from home. This is a temp to perm role and a great way to get your foot in the door with a large company. Please ensure that all resumes are updated with previous employment and contact information.

Responsibilities
speaking with members, documenting, researching (utilizing different material and navigating through systems, reaching out to providers & members, communicating with internal and external parties), formulating responses in writing to members (writing skills are extremely important for this role), will need to meet deadlines.
