Manufacturing Engineering Manager needed at leading medical device company located near Wonder Lake, IL. This position is responsible for leading a group of engineers and providing engineering support to Manufacturing. To be considered - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with at least five (5) years experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Five (5) years experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role in a high-volume manufacturing environment
Experience in Injection Molding and Automation processes
Experience leading a team of engineers
Preferred:
- Medical device manufacturing experience

Manage activities and allocates resources within the Manufacturing Engineering area
Responsible for providing engineering support to Manufacturing to meet plant and divisional goals
Provide engineering support for the molding and assembly manufacturing processes and equipment
Manages the monitoring of the moulding and assembly equipment, machines, and tools
Identifies areas and means to improve moulding and assembly manufacturing processes / equipment
Supports the introduction of automated manufacturing cells in molding and assembly
