Randstad is the #1 HR Solutions Company globally. We are seeking an experienced Marking Analyst to work with our client in Whippany, NJ. As the selected candidate, you will provide marketing analysis and support for event and engagements that support oncology brands.

Our client is a global life sciences company with a focus in healthcare and pharmaceutical development.

The selected candidate for this position will have bachelor's degree in a business related field and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. This is a hybrid role as the selected candidate will need to attend onsite meetings, local candidates are preferred.

salary: $40 - $45 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Financial reconciliation of events, provide overiew of budget / forecast vs. events of books

  • Request and process SOW, process invoices with Brands

  • Attend weekly brand calls

  • Monthly financial review to budget and forecast

  • Partner with VDE (to review Master List of Brand Correspondence / PRT Content Decks) to review expiration dates

  • Provide Support / Guidance for New Brand Initiatives

  • Provide high level reporting
