We are seeking an experienced and driven Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our client's team. As an FP&A Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding our company's financial strategy, ensuring informed decision-making through meticulous analysis and forecasting. Your expertise will be integral in shaping our financial direction and driving business performance to new heights. This position is fully remote however you will be required to come into the office perodically. Due to this matter the client prefers someone who lives in the New England region.
salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year

Responsibilities
The person filling this role is expected to have interpersonal and decision-making skills, the ability to think critically and creatively, and have a comprehensive knowledge of internal financial reporting and budgeting. This position reports up to the Head of FP&A and will oversee the Company's internal financial reporting and budgeting The candidate should have hands on experience advising commercial and operational leaders in a manufacturing enterprise. processes. The role will serve as a liaison for all internal business leaders and accounting. It is expected that the candidate will have an understanding of the application of KPIs, forecasting, financial budgeting and reporting, and performance tracking, with experience motivating and serving as a team leader. Experience in cost accounting, M&A due diligence, US GAAP financial reporting and G/L accounting are all big pluses.
