Job Summary: As a Sales Manager in the tile industry, you will be responsible for establishing and expanding our client base in West Palm Beach. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with general contractors, municipalities, and other key stakeholders. Once the client base is established, you will lead the setup and management of a showroom, overseeing a team of sales professionals. Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in the tile industry preferred.

  • strong network of contacts within the West Palm Beach area, particularly in the construction and design sectors.

  • Leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a sales team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.

Compensation:

  • Base salary between $70,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience.

  • First-year commission guaranteed while territory is being established.

  • Additional incentives and bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the West Palm Beach area, focusing on general contractors, municipalities, and other potential clients.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored tile solutions.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

Showroom Management: Oversee the setup and day-to-day operations of a showroom, ensuring a welcoming and informative environment for clients.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, utilizing this information to inform sales strategies.

Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management.
