The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of quality assurance and control. This role ensures that all products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
Leadership skills and ability to manage staff
Decision making and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrate leadership experience with a high-functioning, fast-paced team
Attention to detail and ability to work quickly while maintaining a high-priority to the safety of our workforce
Implementation and maintenance of HACCP based food safety plans and food quality plans
Understanding of SQF and the requirements of maintaining the SQF system
Skills
Quality Assurance (2 years of experience is preferred)
Management Responsibility (1 year of experience is preferred)
Training
SOP 97-2
