seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Machine Operator to join our production team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. This role plays a crucial part in our manufacturing process, and we are looking for someone with a solid work ethic and a commitment to safety. Machine Operation:
Operate machinery according to specified guidelines and safety protocols.
Set up machines for operation, including loading materials and adjusting settings.
Monitoring and Quality Control:
Monitor machine operation to ensure it's functioning properly.
Inspect products for defects or quality issues and make adjustments as needed.
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:
Identify and diagnose machine malfunctions or issues.
Perform basic troubleshooting to resolve problems or contact maintenance personnel for complex issues.
Maintenance and Cleaning:
Conduct routine maintenance on machines, such as lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs.
Keep the work area and machinery clean to ensure safety and efficiency.
Safety and Compliance:
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Comply with safety regulations and report any safety hazards or accidents.
Documentation and Recordkeeping:
Maintain accurate records of machine operation, maintenance, and product output.
