job summary:
Localization/VO Producer needed for a remote Full Time Opportunity with Randstad Digitals client.
Our client is working on a much anticipated new AAA IP and they are lookign for a Localization Producer to help get them over the finish line and to begin work on their next title.
Minimum Requirements:
- strong skills and familiarity with JIRA, Excel, MSProject or equivalent project
management software packages
2-5+ years of experience working with internal game development teams
Ability to effectively and constructively partner with a diverse group of personalities
Experience with large, AAA teams and distributed/remote development
Experience with various development/production methodologies and successful
applications of each
Pluses:
VO recording coordination experience

responsibilities:
Organization, coordination and tracking of Voice Over recordings and selects.
Communication of project status to Senior, Lead and Executive Producer across all areas
of responsibility
- Collaboration with the other discipline leads in the development and optimization of
workflow
- Establish/maintain production/tracking processes to increase efficiency and
predictability while maintaining a high quality bar
Create and maintain sensible, prioritized project schedules
Communicate and coordinate tasking across all disciplines
Managing external contractors - specifically deadlines and deliverables.
Identify and remove development roadblocks and bottlenecks
Drive delivery of a polished, highly rated game on time and on budget
Help coordinate and organize the localization effort, including any prep work needed.
