We are urgently looking to add a team member to our site team to help successfully support our client. The ideal candidate will thrive in working in a fast pace enviroment, able to communicate effectively with employees as well as managment. This position will support 2nd/3rd Shift and be available to work weekends. If you feel you are an ideal candidate please today!
salary: $23 - $25 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 6 PM - 3:30 AM
education: High School
Responsibilities
-Will be walking production floor facility to ensure employees are working safely and wearing proper PPE.
-Providing coaching, guidance, and support to employees.
-Will ensure all of our employees are accounted for at beginning of shift check ins.
-Completing injury packets and talent counselings as necessary.
-Scheduling employees to provide produciton support for client.
-Providing end of day passdown to site team.
-Communicating efficiently via email to leadership/management.
The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
standing for 12 hours at one time
working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
working weekends
