Permanent job available - Enjoy supervising and mentoring a team? Looking for a permanent role with a great company? Do you live in Tucson, AZ? We are recruiting DIRECT HIRE candidates to join our client's team. Must have contact center Coach/Team Lead experience in motivating, developing and leading the performance of a team of call agents. This is an onsite, second shift opportunity with bonus potential! Varied shifts between 10am - 9pm. Must have previous experience fostering teamwork and managing competencies to qualify for this position. Benefit package and bonus potential! Responsibilities

  • Coach/lead a team of 15 call agents

  • Develop competencies and foster teamwork

  • Provide all feedback to improve call agent performance

  • Manage escalations

  • Maintain records and report progress to leadership
