Are you detail-oriented with great organizational skills? We invite you to for the Loan Document Processor position, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of loan documents. This role is fully onsite in Tempe with no opportunity for remote work. Responsibilities
Collaborate with Settlement Agents to obtain essential documents such as Title Commitments, Closing Protection Letters, and Wire Instructions.
Follow up through email and phone to ensure all required documents are received.
Assist in obtaining and verifying Settlement Agent File Numbers for the Closing Disclosure (CD) to meet regulatory requirements.
Validate the contact information of Settlement Agents, ensuring all details are exact to prevent redisclosure of the CD.
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and tracking related to your tasks.
