As the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our 200,000 sq. ft. warehouse, ensuring that orders are picked, pulled, and packaged accurately and efficiently. Leading a team of 20 employees, you will drive productivity and maintain high standards of quality and safety in a dynamic environment.
Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities in the warehouse, including picking, pulling, and packaging orders.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of 20 warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory control, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to streamline warehouse operations and enhance efficiency.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Scheduling: Coordinate work schedules and monitor workloads to meet operational demands.
Reporting: Maintain records and prepare reports on warehouse operations, performance metrics, and inventory levels.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a warehouse management or supervisory role.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team effectively.
Organizational Skills: Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various warehouse activities.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Availability: Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 7 AM until completion of daily operations.
