Responsibilities

Warehouse workers play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of a warehouse facility. Their duties encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to forklift operation, assembly, machine operation, shipping and receiving, order pulling and more. Here's a breakdown of some job responsibilities:

1. Forklift Operators

• Safely operate forklifts to load/unload goods and/or move materials and products within the warehouse.

• Adhere to sagety regulations and guidelines at all times.

2. Assemblers

• Follow assembly instructions and blueprints accurately.

• Utilize basic hand tools.

• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.

3. Machine Operators

• Operate machinery and equipment used in the production or processing of goods.

• Monitor machines to ensure they function properly and efficiently.

4. Shipping and Receiving Clerks

• Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents against purchase orders.

• Prepare outgoing shipments by packing items securely and labeling them correctly.

• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.

• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
