Are you a hands-on leader, who has a passion for their people and warehousing? A local company in Tampa is hiring a working floor supervisor to lead their team to success. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in a warehouse setting, will have experience in shipping/receiving goods in both domestic and international capacities, and who is open to working side by side with your team performing both leadership along with hands-on duties in the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a passion and love for their work, new thoughts and ways to improve processes, along with a take charge mentality in a team setting.
