This food manufacturing company is seeking an HR Manager to support the CEO and continue to successfully manage the employees and company culture. This is a sole HR Manager position, there will be no admin supporting so someone organized with time management skills. The candidate must be Spanish speaking.
salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with company goals and promote a positive work culture.
Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution in a fair and timely manner.
Administer employee benefits programs and manage payroll processes.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Oversee health and safety initiatives to maintain a safe working environment.
Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
MUST be Spanish speaking
