This food manufacturing company is seeking an HR Manager to support the CEO and continue to successfully manage the employees and company culture. This is a sole HR Manager position, there will be no admin supporting so someone organized with time management skills. The candidate must be Spanish speaking.

salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with company goals and promote a positive work culture.

  • Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution in a fair and timely manner.

  • Administer employee benefits programs and manage payroll processes.

  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

  • Oversee health and safety initiatives to maintain a safe working environment.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

  • MUST be Spanish speaking
