Our client is looking to hire a Field Operations Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their pest control services. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of field technicians and managing our fleet to deliver exceptional service to our clients while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.Previous experience in a leadership role within the pest control industry or a similar field is ideal. We are seeking someone with organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and interact with customers is of the upmost importance. Knowledge of pest control techniques, products, and equipment is desirable and a valid driver's license and clean driving record is required. Full benefits offered! Apply today!

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of field technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for training and development to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
Oversee day-to-day operations of field activities, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching of technicians to customer sites.
Ensure that all service appointments are completed in a timely manner and according to service level agreements, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance scheduling, inspections, and repairs to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Optimize vehicle utilization and fuel efficiency, implementing strategies to minimize downtime and reduce operational costs.
Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction levels, conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure that work meets company standards and industry regulations.
Address any issues or concerns promptly, implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain service excellence and uphold the company's reputation.
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices, ensuring that all operations are conducted in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
