We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will have a background in e-commerce operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving team performance and customer satisfaction. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing a team of e-commerce associates, and ensuring seamless and efficient order processing and fulfillment.
salary: $17 - $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of e-commerce associates, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Oversee daily operations, including order processing, inventory management, and shipping activities, to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, customer service, and IT, to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and best practices.
Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they understand company policies, procedures, and performance expectations.
Assist in managing inventory levels, including stock checks, reordering, and coordinating with suppliers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve e-commerce operations.
