Do you have 1 year of RECENT call center experience? Are you able to start on a Monday or Wednesday in the month of July? Are you completely comfortable with $18/hr on a WEEKLY basis? This could be the perfect opportunity for you!!! Note: This is an onsite position, NOT REMOTE Potential Shifts (all Monday through Friday) 8am-4:30pm 9am-5:30pm 10am-6:30pm 11am-7:30pm 11:30am-8pm 12:30-9pm Client is anticipated to have multiple classes in the month of July. Date not identified but having candidates ready for when the green light is given.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
-Interact with customers via telephone to provide information
-Process transactions and reply to inquiries about services
-Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot customer issues
-Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
-Maintain the highest level of customer service
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
