We are seeking an individual proficient in Windows OS, capable of basic tasks such as creating folders and navigating file systems, along with locating program settings in modern software. Familiarity with programmatic concepts like variable assignment and conditional statements is desirable. No programming or graphic design background is necessary, making this an ideal opportunity for those looking to break into entry-level IT positions. Detail-oriented candidates with editing and proofreading experience are encouraged to , as are those with a hospitality background and an IT mindset. Responsibilities include analyzing data, setting up bills in DOCFORM, managing workflows, and handling various operational tasks such as FTP uploads and distribution group creation.
salary: $26 - $27.5 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Analyze data and identify problems within bill layouts
Set up bills in DOCFORM, including mapping data and configuring variables
Establish workflows within DOCFORM to streamline processes
Manage secondary DocForm processes efficiently
Coordinate other operational tasks such as FTP uploads to external vendors
Configure Serv-U and FTP setups as required
Create and manage distribution groups for effective communication
