Looking for Accounting professionals! We are seeking accounting experienced professionals with proven history of; accounts receivable, payable, reconciliations and excel and Quickbooks is plus. This role is for career minded individuals and client does require a background check. The role is $18 and up hourly depending on experience. If you qualify please !

salary: $17.5 - $18 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Accounting experience, Excel, Processing Checks, Reconciliation, Collections, Quickbooks, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Month-end

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 3 hrs of overtime per week

Skills

• Bank Reconciliations (2 years of experience is required)

• Accounts Receivable (2 years of experience is required)

• General Ledger (2 years of experience is required)

• Accounts Payable (2 years of experience is required)

• Financial Statements (2 years of experience is required)

• Microsoft Excel (2 years of experience is required)

• Billing (2 years of experience is required)

• Quickbooks (1 year of experience is preferred)

• deposits (1 year of experience is required)

• check processing (1 year of experience is required)

• Time Management (1 year of experience is required)
