Leading automotive supplier client is seeking a Maintenance Technician for their growing team. Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for fixing machinery? We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our client's manufacturing team. From troubleshooting electrical systems to conducting preventive maintenance, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. This is a Monday-Friday position with full benefits at a growing facility!
salary: $58,240 - $68,640 per year
shift: Second
work hours: 3 PM - 11:30 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Perform routine preventive maintenance on all production equipment
Troubleshoot and repair equipment
Produce regular reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Support efforts within plant using problem solving tools, process management, measurement techniques and statistical analysis
Experience in Industrial Maintenance Functions
Knowledge of Industrial Automation equipment - controls, automation, robots and PLC for troubleshooting purposes
PLC Experience (Allen Bradley)
Robot Experience (Fanuc Robots)
Knowledge of maintaining all Facility Systems (Building, Electrical, Air, and Equipment)
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Manufacturing Systems
Ability to support Implementing/Maintaining ISO 14001 systems
Has the authority to stop production in the event that a mechanical/equipment problem is suspected
Has the authority to stop production in the event that a Quality issue is suspected
Good communication skills with various levels within organization
High School Degree Required, Technical Degree or Certification a plus
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 7 hours at one time
