We are looking for someone looking to take on an accounting part time tasks. As a growing company, we are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Part-Time Accountant to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about finance, meticulous with numbers, and looking for a flexible work schedule, we want to hear from you!
salary: $24 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Managing transactions: Overseeing and preparing accounting transactions,
including bank payments, accounts payable and receivable, and expenses
Preparing reports: Creating financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss
statements, and tax filings
Closing: Handling monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Auditing: Reviewing and auditing GL, AP, AR and Payroll transactions
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations
Confidentiality: Protecting the confidentiality of financial data
