Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Accurately enter client data into the back-office system.
Search for and manage account documents to ensure they are complete and up-to-date.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of client information and documentation.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Requirements/Must Haves:
Proven data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Previous experience handling financial documents is a plus.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
