Randstad Pinellas is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant opportunity at a construction company in St. Petersburg, FL. It is a fast-paced environment with a professional team.
Position is in St. Petersburg, FL.
$18-25/Hour-1st Shift Available 8am - 5pm M-F
Candidates must have at least 3 years administraigfe assistant experience. Technical knowledge of Construction Industry preferred.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the construction management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and documents.
Maintain and update filing systems.
Assist in preparing regular reports.
Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
Submit and reconcile expense reports.
Handle information and data requests.
Manage project documentation.
Assist in payroll preparation and maintain employee records.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Provide general support to visitors.
Ensure the office is well-maintained.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
strong communication skills.
Experience in construction is a plus.
