Randstad is seeking a skilled Process Technician for a leading medical manufacturer in New Brighton, MN. Working knowledge of plastic injection molding and manufacturing processes is a must. Shift: 7am-3:30pm Pay: Up to $38/hr This is a Full-time, Direct Hire opportunity. Growth opportunities are available, especially within Engineering and leadership. Responsibilities
Technical Support Responsibilities
·Develop and document manufacturing processes utilizing scientific principles
·Perform and document capability studies and process validations using established protocols and methodologies
·Perform equipment qualification tests and document results
·Create part specific and general work instructions related to manufacturing processes
·Train and support operations personnel on new manufacturing processes
Production Support Responsibilities
·Assist Operations group in troubleshooting production jobs
·Work with Engineering Technicians to update information about manufacturing processes for accurate BOM and related documentation
·Work with Scheduling to determine best sampling schedule to meet or exceed all expectations
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
manual lifting up to 75lbs

Documentation of Operations (2 years of experience is required)
Equipment Testing (2 years of experience is required)
Work Instruction Creation
Troubleshooting
Process Improvement (2 years of experience is required)
Blueprint Reading
Injection Mold Robotics (2 years of experience is required)
