Our client is seeking an Investment Operations Specialist to provide quality support to investment sales staff, internal staff, customers, and compliance. This role involves responding to and resolving issues, research requests, and compliance questions associated with the operations processing of investment-related products and services. Key Responsibilities: Support all investment operations procedures, acting as a liaison between back office, front office, and other staff. Isolate and identify sources of problems, providing timely resolutions to meet regulatory requirements and service level agreements. Follow up with internal or external customers to ensure problem resolution, and develop and maintain documentation of all activities. Perform various operational duties within an assigned area of Investment Operations. Research and resolve operational and/or accounting exceptions, some of which may involve extensive review. Interface with investment personnel and other internal staff to resolve issues and ensure efficient service to customers. Ensure the accuracy of account statements and information, verifying account entries and ensuring totals balance. Prepare correcting adjustments as needed and ensure that all documentation requirements are satisfied. Respond to telephone or written inquiries and perform research necessitated by special requests from customers, brokers, or internal employees. Why Join? Responsibilities
Provides quality support to investment sales staff, other internal staff, customers and compliance but responding to and resolving issues, research requests, and compliance questions associated with operations processing of investment related products and services.
Supports all investment operations' procedures, and acts as a liaison between back and front office and other staff. Isolates and identifies source of problems.
Provides timely resolution to problems to adhere to regulatory requirements and service level agreements.
Follows up with internal or external customers ensuring problem resolution. Develops and maintains documentation of all activities.
Performs a variety of operational duties within an assigned area of Investment Operations. Researches and resolves operational and/or accounting exceptions, some of which may involve extensive review.
Interfaces with Investment and other internal personnel to resolve issues and ensure efficient service to customers.Ensures the accuracy of account statements and information.
Verifies account entries, ensures totals balance and prepares correcting adjustments as needed. Ensures that all documentation requirements are satisfied. Responds to telephone or written inquiries and performs research necessitated by special requests from customers, brokers or internal employees.
