Are you an exceptional communicator, meticulous with details, and a discreet professional? Have you had experience working with confidential information and preparing and handling legal forms? This Group Life Insurance Contract Analyst opportunity is instrumental in ensuring all Group Life insurance forms are drafted 100% accurately and within the state-approved guidelines. This includes but is not limited to drafting and editing group life insurance templates and forms, reading and researching state policies, and collaborating with internal and external business partners. This is a hybrid position (2 days in the office and 3 days at home each work week). The Company is offering FREE PARKING in their private parking ramp for the remainder of 2025.
salary: $26 - $30 per hour

Responsibilities
Draft and issue Group Life insurance policies and certificates with the analysis of a client's incumbent policy, plan design, and state-approved policy forms
Amend Group Life insurance policies and certificates
Advise internal and external stakeholders on policy-specific language, provisions, structure, and form
Consistently read and research Group Life insurance state requirements ensuring all information shared is current
Collaborate and meet with internal stakeholders, other divisions, and external clients
Work on team projects involving process improvements, policy rewrites, and transitions to different products and paper
