Do you have excellent database management, computer software, analytical, and client service skills? Do you enjoy auditing data for quality assurance and problem-solving discrepancies? This Client Data Exchange Analyst role is with a highly sought-after Fortune 500 Financial Services Company based in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. The role focuses on receiving, reviewing, auditing, researching, and following up on large data feeds from corporate clients. It is an exceptional opportunity for the professional who completed post-secondary education and excelled in critical thinking, analytical, and system-focused classes. The job will be onsite 2 days a week. The other 3 days will be at home. Free Parking is offered for the remainder of the year!

Responsibilities
Provide a variety of analytical and client service skills related to large data within the Client Data Exchange Team under the Technology Pyramid of a Fortune 500 company
Track, monitor, and accurately process files using the Client File Management (CFM) system
Ensure scheduled file transfer events occur on schedule and that the data from the file is properly processed
Analyze and interpret data from clients in order to answer customer questions and process files
Interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the exchange and processing of files is done accurately and timely
Research and resolve technical issues related to file transfers
Provide resolution for any break in the file exchange process
