Do you have a Passion for Sales and People? We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the inside sales process, including developing and implementing sales strategies, coaching and mentoring team members, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in inside sales management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for driving results. Responsibilities
Lead day to day operations of inside sales team
Maintain and reinforce corporate sales strategy with Inside Sales Team
Manage medium customer base
Review and align sales territories
Coordinate, oversee and/or manage repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping, janitorial work
High level of Customer service and reporting
Report to Executive team
