Seeking an experienced administrative support professional for a Direct Hire opportunity - We are looking to hire a Project Coordinator with excellent communication skills, computer literacy and organization. This position will require working directly with several internal departments as well as external vendors to ensure satisfaction. You will be responsible for handling projects from the early stages of the quoting and order process, through production and delivery and customer support after delivery. salary: $55,000 - $63,000 per year

Responsibilities

Work closely with external vendors, clients and manufacturers.

  • Communicate effectively within various internal departments such as sales, design, warehouse, delivery and management.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Adobe.

  • Assist sales team with creating quotes for the potential and existing customer base.

  • Send purchase orders to manufactureres for approved orders and obtain lead time.

  • Review orders for accuracy of product specifications as well as time/delivery information.

  • Monitor ship dates and work directly with the vendors and installers to resolve issues that may arise.

  • Follow up after delivery to ensure accuracy, proper care and overall satisfaction.

  • Assist with warranty claims and damaged good returns.

  • Generate and filter/sort through Microsoft Excel reports.

  • Operate effectively in a fast paced, ever-changing work environment and be able to "think outside the box"
