Seeking a Client Services Coordinator with a strong customer support background and excellent communication skills for a growing company in Creve Coeur! This role requires being detail oriented and a quick learner while maintaining a top notch customer service mindset. Experience working in a CRM or Inventory Management system is highly preferred. Contract to hire opportunity, 100% on-site Monday-Friday / 830A - 5P
salary: $19 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships and projects from inception to completion
Enter orders into SAP and manage status updates and milestones throughout fulfillment
Assist Senior Coordinators with a variety of administrative needs
Partners with account team members and/or the client during project kickoff and solution review meetings to ensure client needs and expectations are met
Builds, supports, and maintains client portal and CRM application.
