1st Shift Position in Spartanburg, SC! Responsibilities will include:
Setting up: Setting up and adjusting the grinding machine according to job specifications
Operating: Guiding the grinding wheel over the workpiece's surface to grind away unwanted material and produce the desired shape, dimension, or surface finish
Monitoring: Monitoring the machine's performance and identifying and addressing any issues
Maintaining: Performing minor maintenance on the machine, such as replacing worn tools
Inspecting: Inspecting items coming off the assembly line and the finished product to ensure it meets quality standards
Removing: Removing defective pieces
Examining materials: Examining materials to identify defects
MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH MACHINE OPERATING/GRINDING
salary: $16.99 - $17 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 6 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
In this position, you'll be repairing industrial sized paper rolls!
You must have prior experience with a grinding machine and/or CNC Machine Operator experience
Company is willing to train but you must know atleast the basics
Pay is dependent on experience and can range from $16-$18/hr.
The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
standing for 10 hours at one time
