We're seeking a driven Account Manager to join a reputable and growing manufacturing organization. This position will play a pivotal role in further team development, maintaining client relationships, and interdepartmental communication. Only candidates with previous Account Management work history within manufacturing settings will be considered, and individuals experienced with QMS systems are encouraged to !

salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Act as point of contact for customers and ensure timely resolutions

Address incoming requestes

Order entry and quoting

Collaborate with Quality, Contracts, and Production teams to resolve issues and provide accurate updates on orders

Establish and maintain product knowledge

Provide trainings to new and existing employees

Additional duties as assigned
