Responsibilities
Must possess skill and knowledge in the operation and installation of complete wiring systems found in industrial complexes.
Must have the ability to interpret and National Electrical Code, local codes, building plans, blueprints, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and trade formulas.
Ensures organization of job site and project related tools/inventory. Assists in troubleshooting of electrical components, instrumentation, and control system commissioning.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two-year technical school, trade school, electrical journeyman certification, contractor's license.
OSHA 10- or 30-Hour Training and Safety.
Possess a valid driver's license and have an acceptable driving record.
Five or more years of experience in any of the following or equivalent experience:
Industrial electrical maintenance
Industrial electrical construction and/or service
OEM experience with major manufacturing companies
System Integration and/or Automation equipment installation
Capable of achieving a Master Electrician or Electrical Contractor certification within 1 year of employment.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
