If you want to be a valued member of a growing accounting team in Rutherford County, this is a great opportunity for you. We are seeking someone skilled in full cycle A/P for a temp to perm position. A qualified candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in payables, and be proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel.
salary: $20 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Update and maintain AP records and expense management for processing to the ledger
Manage data for AP, billing and expense management
Review and verify billing statements and invoices
Reconcile vendor records
Run accounting reports and assist with month end close
