salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Basic HR functions for small team - I9 onboarding, offboarding, coaching, etc. when needed

  • Communicate with Benefits broker

  • Preparation and presentation of monthly and annual financial statements

  • Record General Ledger transactions related to cash, AP, AR, payroll, prepaids, accrued liabilities, intercompany receivables/payables, and debt.

  • Perform timely reconciliations for various balance sheet accounts.

  • Manage the processing of sales tax returns across multiple states.

  • Maintain fixed asset schedules.

  • Post and reconcile cash and credit card transactions promptly, ensuring proper General Ledger coding.

  • Manage the AP function after a transition period, including reviewing vendor invoices for proper coding and allocation by GL account, site, and line of business, and implementing process improvements.
