Ready to put your skills to use? We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance/ Quality Control Tech to join our production team. In this role, you will work closely with our production team to identify and address any quality issues that may arise, and be responsible for ensuring that all quality control procedures are followed. work hours: 4 AM - 12:30 PM

Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality
Perform regular inspections of products to identify any defects or issues
Work closely with the production team to address any quality issues that arise
Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances
Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and results
Monitor production processes to ensure that they are consistent with quality standards
Work with cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes and products
Develop and maintain quality metrics to track performance
Train production personnel on quality control procedures and standards
Sort and sample garlic
Assist operations and local quality function in tracking and reporting quality levels of product
Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 25lbs
standing for 10 hours at one time
working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week
working weekends
