Responsibilities
Job Description:
Answers multiple practice phone lines and triages calls
Schedule appointments as directed, making necessary adjustments based on patient conditions.
Schedules inpatient admissions when requested
Collects insurance co-pays as required by clinic site.
Requirements/Must Haves:
At least 1 year of experience in a medical oncology office
Knowledge of medical terminology
Familiarity with EHR systems
