Our client is looking for an IAM Business Analyst for a 2 month remote contract.

We have an immediate need for a Short-term, part-time Business Analyst with experience in the following areas:

  • Proven experience in process analysis and documentation

  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Visio

The Business Analyst will work on IAM Stabilization with the IAM Engineering team. Tasks include:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document current access management processes.

  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and workflows.

  • Create detailed process maps and documentation to capture the current state.

  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing processes.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand system functionality and constraints.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings.

  • Assist in the development of future state process improvements.

  • Maintain and update documentation as processes evolve.

location: SEATTLE, Washington
