job summary:
The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is responsible for the service delivery for the
assigned customer account(s). Responsibilities include delivery excellence using an
ITIL framework and industry best practices, client management and relationship,
project and program management, headcount forecast and budgeting, vendor
management, proposal review, cost modeling, talent management, talent acquisition
along with planning, assigning and directing work; and appraising performance of
personnel.

responsibilities:
Possesses strong knowledge of delivery best practices and disciplines.
Possess general understanding of IT Infrastructure, ITIL framework and
ITSM.
strong understanding of multiple business environments.
Prior experience leading, motivate and direct a delivery team.
Ability to prioritize projects and deliverables.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
