Locations:
Hybrid in Scottsdale, AZ
Shift:
Training hours: 8:30AM-5PM local time
Post training hours: 9:30AM-6PM local time
Pay Rate: $20/hr (increase to $23/hr after training).
What you will be doing:
Assisting investors with 401k issues or questions, transactions, products and services, and resolving general account issues.
Responding to requests for investment, fund, and account information.
Following standardized processes to complete monetary and administrative transactions.
Developing basic knowledge of Vanguard funds, products, and services, and of the overall Financial Services industry.
The right candidate will have:
2 years of Customer service, Contact Center, Financial, or related work experience.
Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Exceptional client-relation, telephone etiquette and communication (oral and written) skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge and ability to use multiple computer software/systems simultaneously.
Availability to attend training (100% training attendance is required).
