As a Sales Development Representative for a succesful OEM engineering manufacturing company your role will be to grow business within the Chicago market by identifying new customers. Responsibilities
Serve as a contact for customer account management matters.
Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
Develop new business, and expand existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities.
Make outbound calls to provide education and value to new and existing customers.
Process sales orders and expedite them in a timely manner, communicating with the customer in a professional manner.
Learn about a specific product line becoming a specialist in the industry.
Utilize CRM tools documenting all sales activity.
