Responsibilities
Oversee all warehouse activities, including but not limited to: receiving, storage, order picking and shipping of materials.
Supervise warehouse team, including training, coaching and performance management.
Ensure adherence to warehouse processes and procedures.
Create daily staffing plans to ensure work completion.
Facilitate timely and accurate receipt of all inbound materials.
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer orders.
Use warehouse management system to track inventory, shipments and other metrics.
Prepare and present reports.
Maintaine a safe and clean working environment.
