Ready to let your ambition thrive? We are looking for a candidate with previous leadership experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the production of quality products through production, operations, and manufacturing. This is a management position with hands-on responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom-line results.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
▪ Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify
hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure
compliance with classification society requirements.
▪ Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test
equipment and hand tools, to locate and correct a failure.
▪ Construct and fabricate parts, repair or replace wiring, equipment, and
fixtures using hand tools, power tools and specifications.
▪ Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring,
equipment, and fixtures using testing devices such as multimeters, and
megger testers to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
▪ Advise on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.
▪ Provide preliminary sketches and list materials.
▪ Train and instruct workers to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring,
equipment, and fixtures.
▪ Provide information on job status and recommendations to improve quality
and efficiency.
▪ Perform other duties as assigned.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
