Responsibilities
In this role support role to their lead accounting clerk. AP experience but will be verifying documents, sending invoices, reviewing customer accounts, mailing things, data entry etc.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
Skills
Account Payable (1 year of experience is required)
Verifying documents
Invoices
Customer Service (1 year of experience is required)
Data Entry
Office admin
