The Warehouse Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of warehouse equipment, machinery, and systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical and electrical systems, as well as a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment, including conveyors, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to identify and resolve problems promptly.
Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery.
Ensure all equipment and systems comply with safety standards and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment as needed.
Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
The essential functions of this role include:
