We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Associates to support our manufacturing clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
salary: $18 - $22 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 2 PM - 11:30 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Production Operations:
Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
Assemble products or components according to detailed instructions and specifications.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure optimal operation and report any issues to the supervisor.
Quality Control:
Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
Identify and report defective products or materials.
Follow quality control procedures and maintain accurate records of inspections and tests.
Material Handling:
Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
Ensure materials and products are stored safely and organized properly.
Maintain inventory levels by reporting usage and discrepancies to the inventory control team.
Safety and Maintenance:
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Keep the production area clean and organized, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
Documentation and Reporting:
Complete production logs and documentation accurately and on time.
Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production status and any issues.
Participate in team meetings and provide feedback for process improvements.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
