Job Description: We are currently seeking motivated individuals to fill the role of Entry Level Manufacturing Operator. In this position, you will be responsible for assembly, monitoring production processes, and ensuring product quality. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:
Operate machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
Perform basic maintenance tasks on machinery as needed.
Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to production schedules.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
salary: $18 - $20 per hour
