Our client is currently seeking an experienced professional with a background in operations, logistics, distribution, shipping, vendor management, and 3PL to join their team.
This role is based either in San Francisco, CA, or Austin, TX. Please note that this is an hybrid position; remote work is not available.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the shipping needs of customers, sales, and operations teams, ensuring the smooth flow of shipments to customers. We are looking for someone with meticulous attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.

responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day activities to support the fulfillment of outbound orders.
Manage Meraki's shipping email inbox.
Craft daily internal and 3PL reconciliation reports
Support outgoing customer shipments from other locations
Analyze export/import data from various internal and external data sources
Responsible for the allocations of orders based on inventory availability
Support system updates to accommodate new ship services
Facilitate seamless communication between Meraki and the third-party distribution center
Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
BS or BA degree required
Experience working with a fulfillment warehouse and/or a logistics team, plus shipping, carriers, and forwarders
Excellent organization and communications skills (phone, email, meetings)
MS Excel skills are required (basic formulas, vLookups, pivots)
Impeccable attention to detail
Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics GP, or other ERP system preferred.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.
