A large Biotech company is looking to hire a Recruiter. Looking for candidates with experience in recruiting within the Biotech/Med device industry. 3-5 years of experience required along with interpersonal skills, adaptability, and organization. M-F, 40 hours a week, 8a-5p. Pay range: $45-50/hr. This is a contract role with possibility for extension/conversion to FTE. Please email resumes to lacey.smith@randstadusa.com for consideration. Responsibilities
You will partner with hiring managers to learn their business, understand their unique hiring needs, and design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to hire top talent. You will be responsible for developing a robust, multi-channel search strategy that will attract talent from multiple disciplines. Individually and in partnership with our leaders you will develop strategies to meet their short and long-term business objectives.
